The best vegan cake I've ever tried! I've had a salted caramel cheesecake the first time, this time I've tried the less traditional one and more exotic - passion fruit & blue spirulina vegan cheesecake, and I haven't regretted that decision for a second! The cake is not only stunning looking but also incredibly delicious and flavourful. Smooth and light in texture this cake has a delicate crust made from almond, its rich and nutty flavour complements and balances the sweetness and a mild sourness of the main layer. I loved it and my friends loved it, and we are really looking forward to the next celebration so we can try other flavours too. =)

Taste: I got three cakes/slices: Passion Fruit Spirulina, Chocolate, and Raspberry - all of which were delicious. You can taste the different flavors when eating each kind, and unlike A LOT of the cheesecakes out there, Vita's cakes aren't too sweet or heavy. The chocolate especially surprised me because generally chocolate is not my favorite flavor. The texture and feel when eating was lighter than any chocolate cake I have ever had, AND I enjoyed the taste. My wife and mother-in-law (both of whom are originally from Latvia) also enjoyed the cake. I didn't ask my mother-in-law but my wife is waiting to try more flavors. Service: Vita is kind, considerate, and helpful. While waiting for my payment to go through, we ended up discussing how she opened the studio. When contacting her, she is prompt and clear in her responses. Price: The cakes are around 30-45 Euros which makes sense for what you get. They are much greater in terms of taste, texture, and experience than what you'll find at the grocery store. Conclusion: I will DEFINITELY be back for more cakes, God willing! 🙂

An absolutely amazing experience with Vita's Vigan Cakes this weekend. A mix of four different pieces - rhubarb, salted caramel, blackcurrant and passion fruit. Each and every piece so original, rich in taste, texture and ingredients, wow just look at them! Such beauty ❤ This definitely is the right choice for people who not only care for and pay attention to their health and lifestyle but also look for something different, new and inspiring in the world of desserts, snacks and daily treats. This experience felt like celebration for me and my girls. I think everyone can see (and taste) that Vita's cakes are made with love, accuracy and enthusiasm.
